Refund policy

At GoalDrop, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at GoalDropcustomersupport@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at GoalDropcustomersupport@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
